Online Customer Services

Online Customer Services (OCS) provides tools and services that allow users to manage their business processes with Elster Solutions. All Elster Solutions customers can use OCS to submit return material requests & return material authorizations (RMR/RMA) and to upload files to Elster personnel. RMR/RMA and file uploading do not require registration.
