Elster Connect Frankfurt 2015 a tremendous success

April 17, 2015

Following on the heels of the very successful 8th annual Elster Connect customer meeting in North America in October, Elster held its first regional EMEA-APAC conference March 3-5 in Frankfurt, Germany. Some 120 men and women gathered together to connect across many geographies, share their experiences and learn more about Elster’s recently introduced Connexo™ unified utility intelligence solution.
Elster, its customer and partners showcased their projects and discussed new technology in three tracks, covering software and services, technology and international solutions. Case studies were provided by five of our customers and partners to share their knowledge and experience with the audience. One of the best attended sessions dealt with Elster’s G3-PLC Solution, providing an answer to many utilities’ current path towards smart grid deployment.

The event was a tremendous success with 18 different nationalities represented across EMEA and APAC. Participants included utilities, partners, distributors, leaders, managers and directors from as far apart as the UK and Vietnam. It was the ideal environment for clients to meet and connect with the Elster team as well as each other, creating opportunities for new business and promoting collaboration and open mindedness across the regions.

Elster Connect Frankfurt 2015 also saw the European launch of Connexo
